ABBENDON EMI NURSING HOME

Abbendon EMI Nursing Home provides residential nursing care for older people who are suffering from Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, dementia and other similar conditions. At the Abbendon we offer a secure, homely and comfortable environment so our residents can lead fulfilled lives.

 Our EMI Nursing Home has 24 beds and we provide both long term and respite care. Being a relatively small home allows us to function as a close community. We provide the quality nursing care that our residents require, always to the highest standard and we treat all our residents with the respect and dignity that they deserve. Our accommodation is comfortable and modern and the home is tastefully furnished to be a home from home. Abbendon offers excellent facilities to keep our resident's minds and bodies active and stimulated.

Abbendon is in Southport in the North West of England which is a traditional seaside retirement town with a beautiful coastline and an elegant Victorian centre. A full programme of entertainment is arranged by our team; music is especially important in many of the activities, ranging from sing alongs to reminiscing. We also arrange regular trips out using our specially adapted minibus, we often take a picnic prepared by our cooks and relatives are more than welcome to join us.

DOVEHAVEN NURSING HOME

Welcome to Dovehaven Nursing Home, a 40 bedded home caring for older people who require nursing care. We provide an excellent level of care in a friendly atmosphere and can offer both long term residential care and short term respite care.

 All our residents have their care needs assessed prior to admission in order to develop a regularly reviewed care plan. We treat all of our residents as individuals and cater for their needs accordingly whilst preserving their privacy and dignity. All of our rooms are all comfortably furnished to a high standard. There is also a large conservatory overlooking our extensive garden. Dovehaven Nursing Home offers excellent facilities to ensure that our residents enjoy their time here and are as comfortable as possible.

Located in the traditional Victorian town of Southport, Dovehaven Nursing Home is in a quiet and relaxing location, outside of the town centre close to the marina. Southport is a large retirement town and is ideally suited for older people requiring nursing care. Our specially adapted minibus is used for regular resident outings and can also be used for pickups, hospital visits and to assist with the initial move to Dovehaven.

MILLBROOK HOUSE NURSING HOME

Millbrook House EMI Nursing Home is in Southport in the North West of England, which is a traditional seaside retirement town with a beautiful coastline and an elegant Victorian centre.

Millbrook House is a purpose built nursing home that caters for older people suffering from all forms of dementia and associated mental health conditions. All of our rooms are all comfortably furnished to a high standard. There is also a large conservatory overlooking our extensive garden. The living spaces are both spacious and plentiful so as to provide clients ample room to explore, wander freely around, as well as being able to find that quiet area for some down time.

At Millbrook, we aim to provide care for each individual based on a thorough holistic assessment process. We strive to focus on the positives and encourage independence where possible. Millbrook House EMI Nursing Home offers excellent facilities to ensure that our residents enjoy their time here and are as comfortable as possible.

Our EMI Nursing Home has 40 single rooms, 32 of which are en-suite, providing care for both long term and respite clients. Our home is in the enviable position of having extensive living spaces, which provides the more mobile client plenty of scope for exploring, and being able to find quiet areas for alone time. We are in the process of developing a visual and auditory sensory room within Millbrook, which we feel, will enhance the quality of life for our clients. A full activity programme is in operation along with opportunities to participate in trips out using our specially adapted minibus.

All our clients are treated as individuals, with the respect and dignity that they deserve.
