Providing quality nursing care for residents 65 and over.The Delaheys Nursing Home is situated in a sought after residential area in St Annes. Our aim, as a family run care home, is to provide a very high standard of modern nursing care in a traditional, homely and friendly atmosphere. The Delaheys is a home of great character and charm, evident even to a casual visitor. The home has qualified as an Investor in People (IiP) and Matron has received a Business Link award for her personal contribution to working with people.

The home provides accommodation for 28 residents in 16 single and 6 twin rooms, most with en-suite toilet facilities.

LYTHAM COURT CARE HOME

Providing specialist dementia nursing

A sensitively converted Victorian property in a prime location, overlooking Lowther Gardens. Lytham Court provides specialist nursing care, tailored to individual needs, for clients with dementia.

There are spaceous lounges, in which residents can relax, interact, watch television or find peace and quiet. There are a number of rooms with en-suite facilities and double rooms are available for couples or companion sharing.

Our dedicated staff are headed by a registered manager, a matron who has many years of experience in caring for the elderly. Our managers provide hands-on supervision to maintain our tradition of excellence. All Staff are CRB checked and trained to an appropriate level, many with NVQ qualifications. Training is sponsored by the company as part of an on-going commitment to training and retaining high quality staff.

As in all our establishments, there is full disabled access, lifts to all floors and specialised equipment is available, e.g. for assisted bathing. Physiotherapy, Chiropody, Dentists and Opticians are all available on request. Also, local clergy of all denominations are encouraged to visit on a regular basis and can be arranged on request.

A full programme of activities is available to our residents, tailored to their needs and abilities. The company also has a mini bus service that can be used to take residents on day trips and visits.

The home is visited by hairdressers and a range of complimentary therapies can be arranged on request at your own cost. Accommodation is fully inclusive of laundry.

The home welcomes guests funded by Social Services and those who are privately paying clients.

This home is inspected and accredited by CSCI, in accordance with statutory government regulation. Lytham Court also currently holds a four star RDB rating, which is an independent quality assurance mark.
