HealthSure One is an affordable company-funded policy from £1 per employee per week that can assist with your company stress and employee wellbeing strategies.

HealthSure One reimburses 100% of the treatment amount up to policy limits and includes benefits relevant to people’s everyday lives including dental and optical – the most frequently used and needed benefits.

Preventative treatments are also an aspect of HealthSure One. Money towards health screening and specialist consultations means that conditions can often be caught at their earliest most treatable stage.

Stress Counselling

For as little as 25p per employee per week you can add six face-to-face counselling sessions to the cash plan you have chosen.

Face-to-Face counselling provides a channel for employees to deal with the cause of their stress. With the recent introduction of the Health and Safety Executive Management Standards for stress an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) like face-to-face counselling can help your business manage the issue sensibly and minimise the impact of work-related stress on your business.
