Aims & Objectives

“All About You care services” aims to provide a broad range of high quality services to various client groups living within their own homes.

The Directors, Management and Staff will at all times ;-

Listen to and act upon the wishes of service users.
Provide high quality, integrated and dependable services for as long as they are required.
Match carer characteristics and qualification to service users assessed needs.
Provide a broad range of services at varying intensity that maximise independence.
Integrate services into seamless packages of care with minimum disruption to service user’s lifestyles.
Actively promote the health and well-being of service users.
Maximise independence and minimise the effects of any disability or incapacity.
Promote individual budgets /direct payments and to enable service users to have as much control as possible over the services we provide.        

In order to achieve the aims, the management objectives are to:-

Allow users of the service to have a say in how, when and what services they require.
Promote within clients self help, independence and community presence.
Assist with formulation, commission and variation of personal care plans.
Liase with all relevant groups including service users and other providers.
Recruit and employ suitable personnel.
Achieve competence through training support and communication.
Ensure that services provided are pertinent, appropriate, effective and efficient.
Develop client confidence through reliability, consistency, flexibility and communication.   

Nature of Services Provided

The company provides domiciliary services to various groups living within the community that meets people’s needs these needs may be satisfied by minimal personal support through to more complex needs arising from physical or mental health problems. To enable people to maximise their independence the services are designed to be flexible and appropriate this may involve providing short term services, continuing services or a one off response service. 

The service is reviewed on a regular basis with service users and their carers to ensure the services continue to be appropriate, any changes to either increase or decrease the service will be done in liaison with other involved parties.

Each service user has a copy of their own personal care plan which sets out what services have been commissioned, how and when the service will be delivered, this ensures desired outcomes, expectations and choice of lifestyle are supported.
