SUPPORTED HOMES LIMITED

Supported Homes delivers high quality individual support and rehabilitation, both long and short-term, for people suffering with severe and enduring mental health problems. In association with an independent property company, we provide a 24-hour supported living service in Blackburn for men with enduring mental health needs.  We can also provide care packages independent of these services. All our packages include qualified RMN input.
 
In addition we can arrange outreach support, psychology input, counselling, physiotherapy, speech therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.  We also provide an independent advocacy service to ensure our service users feel heard and are heard. The support packages are tailor made to individual needs.
 
Our philosophy is ‘People First’ and we believe that people have both the right and the potential to achieve independence and optimum quality of life. Therefore the overall aim of Supported Homes, in conjunction with our property partner, is to ensure that a safe, homely and supportive environment exists which will promote independence.
 
We have a values based approach to work and provide care plans in order to meet individual needs. These plans are developed and adapted, in conjunction with the Multi Disciplinary Team, in order to sustain choice and provide vulnerable adults with the opportunity to increase their independence and confidence, enabling them to maximise their potential as individuals and valued members of the community.
