Bettal Quality Consultancy

Bettal Quality Consultancy is committed to the continual improvement of Social Care Services.

Our aim is to make an identifiable difference to the services we are engaged in: a difference that can be measured by service users and those who use Bettal products and services.

Bettal Quality Consultancy has been in operation since 1994. Over that time the company has become the market leader in the supply of Quality Management Systems and consultancy services to the Social Care Sector.

Our products and services are based on knowledge of Best Practice, National Standards of Care and International Standards of Quality Assurance. Our team has wide experience and qualifications in the Social Care field and in the world of Quality Assurance, and we are an IS0 9001:2000 accredited company.

Our Quality Management Systems
Cared 4 is now the leading Quality Management System (QMS) available to care and support services. The system is now being used by over 1200 providers in the sector, who have given us positive feedback on the benefits of the system to their service.

Our newly launched product, the Bettal QMS for Day Services, was developed using the principles upon which we based the Cared 4 Quality Management System for Care Homes and Domiciliary Care.

Our quality management system will become part of the day-to-day operation of your service, save you a great deal of time and help you to deliver a quality service.

Cared 4 and Bettal Quality Management Systems

  • ensure compliance with the National Minimum Standards applicable to your service
  • contain all the documentation required in order to demonstrate quality, including assessment and care planning/person centred planning
  • have been developed by people who have extensive backgrounds in care and quality assurance
  • represent over 1000 hours of work for less than the cost of two weeks of your manager’s salary, which will save you time and your service money
  • are the only QMS in the sector which are accredited to ISO9001:2000

Currently we have the following systems available:

  • Cared 4 for Care Homes for Older People
  • Cared 4 for Domiciliary Care
  • Cared 4 for Residential and Support Services for Learning Disabilities – including Adults (18-65)
  • Bettal QMS for Day Services
